In June, an ASIS electrical inspector at the Valdez Terminal was subjected to verbal and physical harassment. Also in June, a short in some insulation tape on equipment at the terminal caused a fire that was later contained. These are just a few of the incidents detailed by Billie Garde, a Houston attorney representing many of the inspectors, in a 28-page letter to Congress in June. PER CURIAM.

In the course of representing its clients, Government Accountability Project ("GAP")1 received information about safety problems at the South Texas Nuclear Plant ("South Texas"). GAP offered to provide this information to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC" or "agency") on the condition that informant identities and information that could lead to the informants' identification, be kept confidential. GAP also requested that the information be provided to a special team of the NRC office other than the NRC Region IV, which had a reputation for disclosing confidential identities to the utility accused of having safety problems. Rejecting this offer, the NRC issued to GAP attorney, Billie Garde, a subpoena seeking all information about the safety problems at South Texas, including the identities of the whistleblowers. Ms. Garde, invoking the attorney-client privilege, refused to honor the subpoena.

The NRC, through the United States, brought an action against Garde in the district court, contending that it needed to obtain the identities of the whistleblowers.2 GAP intervened, opposing the enforcement of the subpoena on different grounds. GAP argued that disclosure of the identities of the whistleblowers would chill GAP's and the whistleblowers' "First Amendment associational rights" in their promotion of nuclear safety. Both GAP and Garde argued that enforcement of the subpoena would force GAP's attorneys to breach the attorney-client privilege, attorney work product privilege, and press privilege.

EPCO was managed by an individual who did not enforce contract provisions, most notably design and construction requirements, which resulted in many of the construction deficiencies listed. Of prime significance, construction deficiencies prevented the contracts from being completed on time, and Embassy personnel could not move as planned to the more secure facilities at the [embassy]. Even though First Kuwaiti did not meet the required contract completion dates for three contracts, covering housing, infrastructure, and support facilities, EPCO did not require First Kuwaiti to pay $10.9 million in liquidated damages. EPCO also approved $69.1 million in advance mobilization payments that were not authorized by the contracts and did not require First Kuwaiti to pay $3.3 million in interest for the use of those funds. EPCO approved contractor invoices without adequate documentation and did not require First Kuwaiti to comply with the reporting requirements of the Cargo Preference Act.
What makes this story all the more outrageous is that the Obama administration is moving forward with a plan to build a $736 million massive US embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan that is modeled after the Baghdad embassy.

Most Canadians would be shocked to learn that the federal government has entered a partnership with the US and Mexico that further integrates the military, security, trade, economic, regulatory and foreign polices of the three countries.
This agreement will make it even easier for the US to access Canadas natural resources, weaken Canadian food safety regulations to fall into line with those of the US and force Canada to adopt US homeland security policies and other measures that erode Canadian sovereignty.
Flying under the radar of public and parliamentary scrutiny, the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) of North America is moving Canada, the US and Mexico swiftly towards North American Union.
Since coming to power in January 2006, the Harper government has been advancing the SPP through budgetary commitments and participation in cross–border working groups limited to business leaders in strategic sectors.
With no public announcements and little media coverage, governments are making administrative changes beyond public purview. This incremental approach operates in the shadows because the government knows that Canadians would reject an agreement to further integrate our economy with those of the US and Mexico.
The Green Party believes that trade deals must be open and democratic, reflecting a commitment to "fair trade" above "free trade." Fair trade means that economic, social and ecological justice must not succumb to investor rights. The government’s responsibility to protect its citizens and the environment must trump short-term economic interests.

In 2006, CNN anchor Lou Dobbs argued that the SPP was part of a plan to merge the United States, Canada, and Mexico into a North American Union similar to the European Union,[12] which has been referred to in other news reports as "mythical" and a "conspiracy theory".[1] Dobbs claimed at the time that US President Bush, who left office on January 20, 2009, was to have bypassed Congress and ultimately create a Union based on a Texas highway corridor.[13] One variation of this theory was that President Bush would declare a state of emergency to avoid leaving office, which, in fact, never came about; on January 20, 2009, his successor, Barack Obama, who had openly voiced misgivings about NAFTA, the predecessor to SPP, let alone SPP itself, took office as US President, but his anti-NAFTA views soon disappeared from his public persona.
The Council of Canadians claimed that the SPP extended the controversial "no fly list" of the USA, made Canadian water a communal resource, and forced Canada and Mexico to adopt the USA's security policies - one of which would allow foreign military forces to neglect sovereignty in the case of a "civil emergency". In addition, it also touched on the issue of Albertan tar sands expansion to five times its current size.[14]
On May 10, 2007, Conservative MP Leon Benoit, chair of the Canadian House of Commons Standing Committee on International Trade, prevented University of Alberta professor Gordon Laxer from testifying that SPP would leave Canadians "to freeze in the dark" because "Canada itself – unlike most industrialized nations – has no national plan or reserves to protect its own supplies" by saying Laxer's testimony was not relevant, defying a majority vote to overrule his motion, shutting down the Committee meeting, and leaving with the other three out of four Conservative members; the meeting later continued presided by the Liberal vice-chair.[15] After these disruptions, the National Post reported on a Conservative party manual to, among other things, usurp Parliamentary committees and cause chaos in unfavourable committees.[16][17] The New Democratic Party also criticized SPP for being undemocratic, not open to Parliament, and opaque.[18] New Democratic Party leader Jack Layton described the process as not simply unconstitutional, but "non-constitutional", held completely outside the usual mechanisms of oversight.[19]
Some thirty US-based organizations also sent an open letter to Congress on April 21, 2008 criticizing the secrecy and lack of any sort of democratic oversight:
"What differentiates the SPP from other security and trade agreements is that it is not subject to Congressional oversight or approval. The SPP establishes a corporate/government bureaucracy for implementation that excludes civil society participation. ... Facing a worrisome pact pushed forward in secrecy, it is time for Congress to halt this undemocratic approach and establish a process based on openness, accountability, and the participation of civil society.[20]

In August 2009, the SPP website was updated to say: "The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) is no longer an active initiative. There will not be any updates to this site."[21] Subsequent to this the website link does not connect and the cache website links do not work.
Currently, the website calls itself an archive for SPP documents and announces: "Going forward, we want to build on the accomplishments achieved by the SPP and further improve our cooperation."[22]
The NDP has called this a "victory" which is "the result of the active and sustained efforts across the country, and across North America, of Canadian, Mexican and American activists from the labour movement, civil society, progressive legislators and all those concerned and committed to build a better quality of life in our Canada and throughout North America."[23]

A state prosecutor and defense attorneys for a murderer scheduled for execution next week will argue before the Arizona Supreme Court Wed as to whether the state has to reveal its source of the drugs needed for execution.
The Arizona Republic has learned that one or more of the drugs may have been imported, raising questions as to their legality under federal drug laws.
One of them, sodium thiopental, a barbiturate used mostly as an anesthetic, is in short supply nationwide. Other states have had to postpone executions because of its unavailability.
Defense attorneys fear the state's newly found supply is imported. Thiopental is a controlled substance, and therefore subject to regulation by federal authorities. The federal Food and Drug Administration does not "have a mechanism for importing that drug." And a spokeswoman for the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, which tracks drug shortages, told The Republic "any import to alleviate a shortage would have to come from an FDA-approved source."
The attorneys want the execution postponed until those questions are cleared up.
Assistant Arizona Attorney General Kent Cattani told The Republic last month that the state was possibly looking for the drug in other countries.
Without giving details, the Arizona Department of Corrections announced Sept. 30 that it had lawfully obtained all of the necessary drugs.
Last week, The Republic reported that a supply obtained by California on that same day could not have been produced by the drug's sole U.S. manufacturer because of its expiration date.
After that story was published, the Federal Public Defender's Office in Phoenix, which represents condemned killer Jeffrey Landrigan, who is scheduled for execution Oct. 26, received information that the drug had been obtained by an Valley import company.
"It's possible the drugs may have been obtained from a foreign source," said Dale Baich of the Federal Public Defender's Office. "A message was left with our office stating that a person heard an employee of a local customs broker disclose that the company imported the drugs that will be used for Landrigan's execution."
The owner of that company told The Republic he knew nothing about it and that all of his business dealings were confidential.
"We don't do much with the FDA," he said, "It's a nightmare."
Public records requests about that company made to the Department of Corrections and the Arizona Department of Administration, which would pay for the drug, were met with refusals to release information, citing confidentiality under an Arizona law concerning the identity of executioners.
The topic of execution was never mentioned in either of the newspaper's requests.
Arizona Revised Statute 13-757 says, "The identity of executioners and other persons who participate or perform ancillary functions in an execution and any information contained in records that would identify those persons is confidential and is not subject to disclosure."
The Corrections Department also referred to an Oct. 8 affidavit by its director, Charles Ryan, saying the agency "has lawfully obtained the necessary chemicals."
Cattani said that his position will not change in Wednesday's hearing before the high court.
"We are going to argue that under the statute, the information remains confidential," he said. "We think the department has lawfully obtained the drug."

If you also watch the movie again, you will see the familiar appearance of the Chrysler 'pheonix' logo, which seems to dominate the entire screen. As you are probably well aware - the Chrysler logo is an illuminati symbol and it appears frequently through out the whole of the movie.
Bruce Lee himself also spoke about a 4th dimensional demon or a watcher who had been following him all his life until his tragic death in 1973. This radio came from the days when they boasted about the number of transitors inside on the case.
It was completely wrapped in dirty white medical tape.

The interior of the radio was half eaten away by battery leakage and corrosion.

Then I pulled a brand-new transistor radio from a box, installed the alkaline and helped the lady find her favorite station.

We decided to visit England's second-biggest tourist attraction, Stratford-upon-Avon.

Luckily, most of the attractions are just a short walk from the station.
We visited Shakespeare's birthplace, a charming old house along the main street which attracts millions of pilgrims every year, despite the complete lack of any evidence that Shakespeare was born there, or even lived anywhere near it.
We went past the school where Shakespeare learned to read and write, although no documents exist to prove his attendance.
We visited Anne Hathaway's cottage, the rustic country farm where his wife spent her childhood, although no record shows anyone by that name ever having living there.
Finally we came to the one location undeniably associated with Shakespeare: Trinity Parish church, on the banks of the river Avon, where a man by that name is buried.
This beautiful church is approached by a long walkway, between rows of ancient gravestones, shaded by tall trees.
The entrance door is surprisingly tiny. No cameras are allowed inside.
The interior is dark and quiet. Despite the presence of busloads of tourists, the atmosphere is hushed and respectful. A few people are seated in the pews, deep in prayer.
An aisle leads up the center of the church.
The left side of the altar is brightly illuminated. On the wall above is a famous bust of the Bard, quill in hand, gazing serenely at the crowd of pilgrims.
On the floor beneath, surrounded by bouquets of flowers, at the very spot where Delia Bacon lost her mind, the gravestone of William Shakespeare bears this dire warning:
Good friend for Jesus' sake forbear
To dig the dust enclosed here
Blest be the man who spares these stones
And curst be he that moves my bones.
Every year, three million pilgrims arrive from every nation on Earth to approach this stone and consider the likeness of a man whose body of work can only be described as awesome.
By contrast, the right side of the altar is dark and featureless.
Nobody of any consequence is buried there.
The only point of interest is a wooden case, of simple design, carved of dark oak.
Inside the case, sealed beneath a thick sheet of glass, lies a large open book.
A plaque on the case identifies this book as a first edition of the King James Bible, published in 1611, when Shakespeare was 46.
Not many pilgrims visit this side of the altar.
Most of those that do simply glance at the book, read the plaque and move along.
A few, more observant, note that the Bible happens to be opened to a page in the Old Testament: the Book of Psalms, chapter 46.
No explanation is given for this particular choice of pages.
For the initiated, none is necessary.
If you are of inquisitive bent, if you are intrigued by English history and literature, if you value your peace of mind, cover your ears, now.
In the year 1900, a scholar noticed something about the King James translation of Psalm 46.
Something terrifying. Something wonderful.
The 46th word from the beginning of Psalm 46 is "shake."
The 46th word from the end is "spear."
There are only two possibilities here.
Either this is the finest coincidence ever recorded in the history of world literature. Or it is not.
The Earth revolves around only one sun, and has only one moon.
The moon happens to be 400 times smaller than the sun.
The sun happens to be 400 times farther away.
And the apparent paths of the moon and sun in our sky happen to intersect exactly twice every month.
Which means that every now and then, at long yet precisely predictable intervals, the lunar disc slips across the face of the sun and just barely conceals it for a few wonderful, terrible minutes.
A fine coincidence, no?
In June of 1977, a little man with divergent eyes and a talent for mischief ascended a hilltop in the British village of Ampthill.

There are only two possibilities here.
Either this is the finest coincidence ever recorded in the history of world literature. Or it is not.
The Earth revolves around only one sun, and has only one moon.
The moon happens to be 400 times smaller than the sun.

And the apparent paths of the moon and sun in our sky happen to intersect exactly twice every month.

King James version of the bible is counterfeit

And though the New King James does indeed bear a "likeness" to the 1611 King James Bible, as you'll soon see, there's something else coiled (see Genesis 3:1) "underneath the cover" of the NKJV.

Could fracking be how fluoride gets in our fresh water

INTRODUCTION
Fluoride is a significant dissolved constituent in the oceans, having a concentration of 68 µM in seawater with salinity of 35 (e.g., Greenhalgh and Riley, 1961). Despite its high concentration, the large-scale geochemical cycling of F remains problematic (Rude and Aller, 1994). Rivers contribute nominally 16.8 x 1010 mol/yr of F to the oceans (Carpenter, 1969). Presumably, this input balances (or nearly balances) outputs to the seafloor. Various authors have identified and quantified a series of major F sinks, including authigenic carbonate fluorapatite (CFA), biogenic calcium carbonate, terrigenous aluminosilicate alteration, biogenic opal, and hydrothermal activity (e.g., Carpenter, 1969; Edmond et al., 1979; Froelich et al., 1983; Rude and Aller, 1994). However, these seafloor outputs amount to <6.5 x 1010 mol/yr of F, and some unidentified process seems to remove substantial F from the ocean (Rude and Aller, 1994). Enormous quantities of methane reside as dissolved gas, gas hydrates, and free gas in the pore space of marine sediment along continental margins (Kvenvolden, 1999; Dickens, 2001). Crucially, this CH4 is dynamic with clearly established (though poorly constrained) carbon fluxes between the ocean and sediment (Dickens, 2003). One ubiquitous flux is through anaerobic oxidation of methane (AOM). Above all methane-charged sediment sequences examined to date (e.g., Borowksi et al., 1999; D'Hondt et al., 2002), upward migrating CH4 reacts with downward diffusing SO42– at a sulfate–methane transition (SMT) to produce HCO3– and H2S (Fig. F1). The SMT can occur at or beneath the seafloor. Importantly, removal of SO42– and production of HCO3– leads to precipitation of authigenic carbonate minerals, especially Mg-rich phases such as high-Mg calcite (HMC), protodolomite, and dolomite (e.g., Ritger et al., 1987; Aloisi et al., 2000; Rodriguez et al., 2000; Greinert et al., 2001; Moore et al., 2004). The exact depth relationship between the SMT and the various authigenic Mg-rich carbonate minerals remains unclear and may vary from one location to another. Nonetheless, pore water profiles above methane-charged sediment systems invariably show concave-downward inflections in dissolved Ca2+ and dissolved Mg2+ (and inflections in alkalinity and Mg/Ca) consistent with Mg-rich carbonate formation near the SMT (Fig. F1). The overall process is intriguing to studies of the marine F cycle because F– complexes with dissolved Mg2+ in seawater (e.g., Rude and Aller, 1991) and Mg-rich carbonates preferentially incorporate F (Akaiwa and Aizawa, 1979; Rude and Aller, 1991). Rude and Aller (1991) show that dissolution of biogenic Mg-rich carbonate releases F– to surrounding pore waters. To our knowledge, however, uptake of F– into authigenic Mg-rich carbonates has not been considered, excepting a brief note by Schulz et al. (1994). In this study, we measure F– concentrations of pore waters collected at nine drill sites that contain abundant methane, an SMT in shallow (<20 meters below seafloor [mbsf]) sediment, and evidence for methane-driven authigenic Mg-rich carbonate precipitation (D'Hondt, Jørgensen, Miller, et al., 2003; Tréhu, Bohrmann, Rack, Torres, et al., 2003). Dissolved fluoride was determined for pore waters at eight sites
drilled on Hydrate Ridge during Ocean Drilling Program (ODP) Leg 204
and one site drilled in the Peru Trench during ODP Leg 201. All nine
sites contain a shallow (<20 m) sulfate–methane transition (SMT) above abundant methane including gas hydrate. For Sites 1248, 1249, and 1250 on the crest of Hydrate Ridge, F– concentrations are significantly lower than that of seawater in the shallowest samples (<50 µM), rise to a broad maximum, and generally decrease with depth. The low values at the top are consistent with rapid F– removal at or near the seafloor, and the relatively smooth F– profiles are consistent with high upward fluid fluxes. In contrast, Sites 1244, 1245, 1247, 1251, and 1252 from the flanks and slope basins of Hydrate Ridge and Site 1230 from the Peru Trench have F– profiles apparently characterized by two lows with an intervening high. Processes involving sediment components appear to consume F– at shallow depth, release F– at intermediate depth, and consume F– again at deeper depth. The upper low in F– concentrations consistently lies near the SMT where pore water alkalinity and Mg2+ profiles suggest precipitation of Mg-rich carbonate. A similar pattern occurs at other sites drilled into methane-charged sediment. We speculate that Mg-rich carbonates (e.g., high-Mg calcite, protodolomite, and dolomite) remove F– from pore water near the SMT but, with burial and recrystallization, return F– to pore waters at depth. At the time of the negotiation of the Kyoto Protocol a number of greenhouse gases were omitted from the schedule of gases to be regulated under the convention. (The gases currently included in Annex A are carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons and sulphur hexafluoride).
In particular, the UNFCCC has sought the views of national government on whether the following greenhouse-inducing gases should be included in the successor to the Kyoto Protocol:

Note: if you look up information on the 1001 Club on the internet you'll find that the group is listed on Wikipedia's WWF page. The author has added it there several years back, but any attempt to add additional information - however basic - has always been blocked. A separate Wikipedia page on the 1001 Club, largely written by the author, was also cleaned out after several months, even though this site is the only location on the net with photocopies of membership lists. But as you'll see, a good number of the members of the 1001 are extremely controversial.
Whatever critics will say in the future, these membership lists were not available anywhere to the public until this article was published. You ultimately have Irish journalist and documentary maker Kevin Dowling to thank for that, who voluntarily provided them to ISGP. Dowling was one of the very, very few persons in the possession of these lists, and in his case for maybe 20 years. Three months after providing ISGP with these lists, Kevin passed away. Since then, the 1001 Club has finally been given real attention in at least one biography on Bernhard and - for the first time in its almost 40 year existence - also made the Dutch evening news. Born in 1911 as a count. Bernhard was born and educated in Germany. Became a member of Sturm (Hitler youth movement) around 1931, which is 2 years before Hitler came to power. Became a member of the SS in 1934, which consisted of Hitler's most elite and most trusted aides. This automatically ment he also became a member of the NSDAP. At the Nuremberg trials the aristocratic Nazi Friedrich Eberstein would claim how the Nazi party's prestige sky-rocketed after aristocrats like Bernhard (specifically mentioned him) joined the movement. Briefly worked with Gerhard Fritze, who owned an Amsterdam bank financed by the Swedish Wallenberg family (largely rule Sweden's economy; intermarried with the royal house). Because of his mother's connections, Bernhard went to work for NW-7, the IG Farben industrial espionage unit, and ended up in it's Paris branch in 1935. IG Farben was one of the main companies that built up the Nazi war machine. It also made massive use of Auschwitz slave labor. While in Paris, and staying with the aristocratic Kotzebue family, he became a close friend of Sefton Delmer, who was a Daily Express journalist and an agent for the Hitler- & Hess intimate Lord Beaverbrook (his son was a member of the 1001 Club), not to mention an employee of British intelligence. Delmer had been in Berlin until 1933, having direct access to Hitler and the Nazi party. Tom Driberg, a homosexual communist journalist who worked for Beaverbrook too, also approached Bernhard in Paris. Driberg, who already was a friend of Guy Burgess, worked for the Soviets, codename LePage, and Bernhard considered him a friend too. Around this time Bernhard had met with future Dutch queen Juliana, who was quite desperate for a husband at that moment. Bernhard's IG Farben financial advisor initially acted as a middle man between the two. It took Bernhard quite a bit of effort to convince Wilhelmina that he was the right person to marry her daughter, because he wasn't an exceptionally high aristocrat and was considered a too extravagant. He was able to marry Juliana in 1937. At this point he wasn't a member of the SS anymore, but only after his marriage with Juliana, one day to be exact, he resigned from the NSDAP. Unfortunately, he didn't put an autograph under his letter, so officially he was a member of the NSDAP until 1938, which is when his membership automatically expired. Earlier, on November 14, 1996 he met with Hitler to renounce his German citizenship. In his personal diaries Hitler refers to Bernhard as a "gigolo", but publicly the marriage is considered a good thing. Around this time Bernhard met with friends at IG Farben and the SS to say goodbye. Not long after the Spanish civil war started in 1936 between the fascist Franco and the democratically elected government, Bernhard and his brother had the nerve to show up at a royal party in the Hague dressed as Franco officers. In 1938, Bernhard's responsibilities increase and he has to work closely with Francois van 't Sant, Queen Wilhelmina's right hand and the most important liaison officer between MI6 and GSIII, the Dutch military intelligence agency. Van 't Sant communicates anything that is happening in Dutch high society to the British and makes a lot of money in the process. Bernhard starts communicating information between Queen Wilhelmina and GSIII, in which he makes many friends. At the same time Bernhard starts to work as an informant for GSIII, communicating messages from his German friends to the Dutch intelligence service. His younger brother Aschwin, an officer of a German panzer division, continually passes messages to him. They even travel together occasionally. In the summer of 1938 they visit King George VI, under the wary eyes of MI6. It is believed that they are discussing a German coup in preparation by admiral and spychief Wilhelm Canaris (old friend of the Lippe-Biesterfelds; boss of Aschwin; didn't seem to appreciate the imperial aspirations of Hitler) and several of his associates. This coup is called off in late 1939. As Bernhard is sure the Germans will attack the Netherlands soon, not allowing it to be neutral, he quietly started to receive his family's German possessions, moved to The Hague, and made plans to evacuate his family to Paris. One month before the German invasion of Holland, which occurred in May 1940, Bernard had a reunion with his old buddy Gerhard Fritze and a group of IG Farben associates. According to one of the attendants, Frank-Fahle, who was arrested after war, Bernhard said to them, as inspector-general of the Dutch military, that he would find it very difficult to lead Dutch troops in battle against the Germans. When the German attack began the Oranges moved to London. Bernhard went back for a few days, suggested to execute a few Dutch collaborators of the Germans (which didn't happen), went to Paris, and back again to London. For some reason, this short trip would make him a legendary hero. In the UK Bernhard wasn't trusted and Ian Flemming, the later James Bond author and a MI6/Naval Intelligence officer, was sent to spy on him. Sefton Delmer (Naval Intelligence; the Beaverbrook employee), Ian Flemming, and Prince Bernhard spent a lot of time together, but it seems that Flemming couldn't find any pro-nazi connections to Bernhard. Flemming later incorporated the character Count Lippe, a low level member of a worldwide secret criminal group (SPECTRE) involved in drug trade and extortion of NATO, in his James Bond movie 'Thunderball'. Some have speculated this character might be a reference to Prince Bernhard, who was born as Count von Lippe-Biesterfeld. Flemming would slowly move out of Bernhard's life. Through Delmer, Bernhard came into contact with Lord Beaverbrook (Aitken family; wanted peace with Hitler, like Hitler himself wanted with the British Empire; close to Hitler and Hess) and became very close with Penelope Aitken (married a nephew of Lord Beaverbrook), who was the mother of Jonathan Aitken, a later MI6 agent and head of Le Cercle. During this time Bernhard (who recruited the son of Lord Beaverbrook in the 1001 Club) also came into contact with mystery man Joseph H. Retinger (raised by Polish nobility; MI6 and likely a Jesuit or SMOM member; later founder of Bilderberg). Anthony Drexel Biddle Jr., US Ambassador to the European governments in exile in London during WWII, a Pilgrims Society member, and a person that informed US intelligence about the Synarchist Movement of Empire in France, became a good friend of Bernhard. Allen Dulles (Cap & Gown; Pilgrims Society; OSS; CIA director; SMOM; nephew of a Jesuit; Paperclip; co-founder US Military-Industrial Complex; Warren Commission), John J. McCloy (Pilgrims Society; Rockefeller guy; chair CFR; released the most important nazis; Warren Commission), McGeorge Bundy (Skull & Bones; Army Intelligence; chair Ford Foundation; 1001 Club), general Walter Bedell Smith (Chief of Staff of SHAEF; CIA director), and general Eisenhower became other close associates and friends of Bernhard during WWII. FDR had always been a good friend of the Oranges. In late 1940, Bernhard started to work as a liaison officer between the newly established Dutch Central Intelligence Agency (CID) and the SIS and SOE. Head of the CID became Francois van 't Sant, the most important agent of the Oranges. Bernhards reputation got another dent when Englandspiel came out in 1943, even though he didn't have a direct role in the affair. During Englandspiel dozens of Dutch intelligence agents, which were flown in from England, were immediately caught by waiting Germans over a period of about a year. Captured agents sent plenty of messages that the operation had been penetrated by the Germans, but the SOE ignored them for some unknown reason. In 1944, after the Allied invasion of Europe, Bernhard flew across the front and asked both the Pope in Italy and Retinger in Poland to try and look out after his family members that were still in Germany. It seemed however that especially his mother could take care of herself with all the contacts she had within IG Farben. In 1944, during the allied siege of the Netherlands, Bernhard became head of the Domestic Forces (BS), which was the coordination center for the Dutch resistance. His headquarters, complete with wine cellar, was located in Hotel Metropole in Brussels and consisted of members of MI6, the SOE, and Dutch resistance. One of his closest friends here was Gerben Sonderman who used to work with SS officer Klaus "Butcher of Lyon" Barbie. Barbie dreamed up Hitler's Final Solution and was responsible for the rape, torture, and murder of thousands of people. At Nuremberg Barbie was released by Pilgrims Society member John J. McCloy and ended up in Bolivia where he became responsible for setting up the local US-allied death squads and the early drug exporting routes to the US via Columbia. After the failed Battle of Arnhem in September 1944, which was part of the larger Operation Market Garden, it turned out that Christiaan "King Kong" Lindemans had given information about this operation to the Germans. Lindemans, a hero of the resistance, worked in Bernhard's office and supposedly was "turned" by the Germans in 1944. This became just another dent in Bernhard's image, just as the fact that he was starting to gather war loot around this time, like expensive BMWs and small airplanes. After the liberation Bernhard's Gestapo" started to become a menace to the Dutch people, so his organization is not allowed to make arrests anymore. Bernhard's II BD intelligence service now started to map all fascist and anti-communist elements within Dutch society. One of his closest associates has the surname Van Houten and is suspected by British Intelligence to have been the same Van Houten on papers King Kong, the spy who informed the Germans about the upcoming Battle of Arnhem, had been carrying during the time of his arrest. Due to a lack of proof the issue is dropped. When the Dutch government is restored again, Bernhard is in favor of increased influence of the Royal House in state affairs. It won't happen. Because of his ambitions Bernhard did became the point man for the Anglo-American globalists from this moment on. Bernhard started to work more with the United States. One of these persons is Henry Luce agent C.D. Jackson (deputy chief of the Psychological Warfare Division of SHAEF; one of the "the Park Avenue Cowboys"; vice president of Time-Life and one of the most trusted aides of Henry Luce; advisor to the President for Psychological Warfare; member Operations Coordinating Board during his time as advisor; president of the National Committee for a Free Europe; co-founder Radio Free Europe and the American Committee for Cultural Freedom; thought the Zapruder film was too shocking to release to the public; trustee Carnegie Corporation). Jackson will largely be responsible for setting up the post WWII psywar and US intelligence division in the Netherlands and other parts of Western Europe. In 1945, the Dutch intelligence group BVD was set up and Bernhard catapulted a lot of his friends in it. There is some infighting however between Bernhard's friends and employees who don't want anything to do with him. In 1946 King Kong is about to be investigated by the BVD and Bernhard's friends fear he might release some compromising information about the prince. Subsequently King Kong dies under suspicious circumstances. BVD investigations into Englandspiel are also done only very superficially. After the war, Bernhard made sure a lot of his former nazi buddies were protected from prosecution and helped them back into prominent positions. In 1948, it was discovered that Bernhard was a member of the NSDAP. It is covered up and the press won't report on it until 1976, after the Lockheed Affair. After WWII, Bernhard acted as representative for the Dutch government and multinationals. Doing business with the Fascist regime in Argentine, together with all the fled nazis in that country, wasn't a problem for him. Also worked for the CIA. Commander of the Dutch domestic army 1946-1976. Inspector-General of the Dutch Air Force, Army, and Navy 1946-1976. The Greet Hofmans-Affair from 1948 to 1956 created tensions between the Prince and the Queen. The investigation results are still being withheld, but it is known that Bernhard and the CIA were displeased with Juliana's "communist" tendencies of disarmament of Europe to such an extent that they were preparing to put her into a mental hospital (think stay-behind networks?). Some believe Greet Hofmans actually was some kind of Soviet spy. Bernhard held a speech at the University Club in New York in 1953 where he called for European integration and a common currency. Approached by his friend Joseph Retinger to establish Bilderberg, which was founded in 1954 and sponsored by the CIA. Bilderberg chairman 1954-1976. Everyone else followed his lead, and also began selling, causing stocks to plummet to practically nothing. At the last minute, his agents secretly began buying up the stocks at rock-bottom prices. On June 21, at 11 PM, Wellington's envoy, Major Henry Percy showed up at the War Office with his report that Napoleon had been crushed in a bitter eight hour battle, losing a third of his men. This gave the Rothschild family complete control of the British economy, and forced England to set up a new Bank of England, which Nathan Rothschild controlled.

Note: if you look up information on the 1001 Club on the internet you'll find that the group is listed on Wikipedia's WWF page. The author has added it there several years back, but any attempt to add additional information - however basic - has always been blocked. A separate Wikipedia page on the 1001 Club, largely written by the author, was also cleaned out after several months, even though this site is the only location on the net with photocopies of membership lists. But as you'll see, a good number of the members of the 1001 are extremely controversial.
Whatever critics will say in the future, these membership lists were not available anywhere to the public until this article was published. You ultimately have Irish journalist and documentary maker Kevin Dowling to thank for that, who voluntarily provided them to ISGP. Dowling was one of the very, very few persons in the possession of these lists, and in his case for maybe 20 years. Three months after providing ISGP with these lists, Kevin passed away. Since then, the 1001 Club has finally been given real attention in at least one biography on Bernhard and - for the first time in its almost 40 year existence - also made the Dutch evening news. Born in 1911 as a count. Bernhard was born and educated in Germany. Became a member of Sturm (Hitler youth movement) around 1931, which is 2 years before Hitler came to power. Became a member of the SS in 1934, which consisted of Hitler's most elite and most trusted aides. This automatically ment he also became a member of the NSDAP. At the Nuremberg trials the aristocratic Nazi Friedrich Eberstein would claim how the Nazi party's prestige sky-rocketed after aristocrats like Bernhard (specifically mentioned him) joined the movement. Briefly worked with Gerhard Fritze, who owned an Amsterdam bank financed by the Swedish Wallenberg family (largely rule Sweden's economy; intermarried with the royal house). Because of his mother's connections, Bernhard went to work for NW-7, the IG Farben industrial espionage unit, and ended up in it's Paris branch in 1935. IG Farben was one of the main companies that built up the Nazi war machine. It also made massive use of Auschwitz slave labor. While in Paris, and staying with the aristocratic Kotzebue family, he became a close friend of Sefton Delmer, who was a Daily Express journalist and an agent for the Hitler- & Hess intimate Lord Beaverbrook (his son was a member of the 1001 Club), not to mention an employee of British intelligence. Delmer had been in Berlin until 1933, having direct access to Hitler and the Nazi party. Tom Driberg, a homosexual communist journalist who worked for Beaverbrook too, also approached Bernhard in Paris. Driberg, who already was a friend of Guy Burgess, worked for the Soviets, codename LePage, and Bernhard considered him a friend too. Around this time Bernhard had met with future Dutch queen Juliana, who was quite desperate for a husband at that moment. Bernhard's IG Farben financial advisor initially acted as a middle man between the two. It took Bernhard quite a bit of effort to convince Wilhelmina that he was the right person to marry her daughter, because he wasn't an exceptionally high aristocrat and was considered a too extravagant. He was able to marry Juliana in 1937. At this point he wasn't a member of the SS anymore, but only after his marriage with Juliana, one day to be exact, he resigned from the NSDAP. Unfortunately, he didn't put an autograph under his letter, so officially he was a member of the NSDAP until 1938, which is when his membership automatically expired. Earlier, on November 14, 1996 he met with Hitler to renounce his German citizenship. In his personal diaries Hitler refers to Bernhard as a "gigolo", but publicly the marriage is considered a good thing. Around this time Bernhard met with friends at IG Farben and the SS to say goodbye. Not long after the Spanish civil war started in 1936 between the fascist Franco and the democratically elected government, Bernhard and his brother had the nerve to show up at a royal party in the Hague dressed as Franco officers. In 1938, Bernhard's responsibilities increase and he has to work closely with Francois van 't Sant, Queen Wilhelmina's right hand and the most important liaison officer between MI6 and GSIII, the Dutch military intelligence agency. Van 't Sant communicates anything that is happening in Dutch high society to the British and makes a lot of money in the process. Bernhard starts communicating information between Queen Wilhelmina and GSIII, in which he makes many friends. At the same time Bernhard starts to work as an informant for GSIII, communicating messages from his German friends to the Dutch intelligence service. His younger brother Aschwin, an officer of a German panzer division, continually passes messages to him. They even travel together occasionally. In the summer of 1938 they visit King George VI, under the wary eyes of MI6. It is believed that they are discussing a German coup in preparation by admiral and spychief Wilhelm Canaris (old friend of the Lippe-Biesterfelds; boss of Aschwin; didn't seem to appreciate the imperial aspirations of Hitler) and several of his associates. This coup is called off in late 1939. As Bernhard is sure the Germans will attack the Netherlands soon, not allowing it to be neutral, he quietly started to receive his family's German possessions, moved to The Hague, and made plans to evacuate his family to Paris. One month before the German invasion of Holland, which occurred in May 1940, Bernard had a reunion with his old buddy Gerhard Fritze and a group of IG Farben associates. According to one of the attendants, Frank-Fahle, who was arrested after war, Bernhard said to them, as inspector-general of the Dutch military, that he would find it very difficult to lead Dutch troops in battle against the Germans. When the German attack began the Oranges moved to London. Bernhard went back for a few days, suggested to execute a few Dutch collaborators of the Germans (which didn't happen), went to Paris, and back again to London. For some reason, this short trip would make him a legendary hero. In the UK Bernhard wasn't trusted and Ian Flemming, the later James Bond author and a MI6/Naval Intelligence officer, was sent to spy on him. Sefton Delmer (Naval Intelligence; the Beaverbrook employee), Ian Flemming, and Prince Bernhard spent a lot of time together, but it seems that Flemming couldn't find any pro-nazi connections to Bernhard. Flemming later incorporated the character Count Lippe, a low level member of a worldwide secret criminal group (SPECTRE) involved in drug trade and extortion of NATO, in his James Bond movie 'Thunderball'. Some have speculated this character might be a reference to Prince Bernhard, who was born as Count von Lippe-Biesterfeld. Flemming would slowly move out of Bernhard's life. Through Delmer, Bernhard came into contact with Lord Beaverbrook (Aitken family; wanted peace with Hitler, like Hitler himself wanted with the British Empire; close to Hitler and Hess) and became very close with Penelope Aitken (married a nephew of Lord Beaverbrook), who was the mother of Jonathan Aitken, a later MI6 agent and head of Le Cercle. During this time Bernhard (who recruited the son of Lord Beaverbrook in the 1001 Club) also came into contact with mystery man Joseph H. Retinger (raised by Polish nobility; MI6 and likely a Jesuit or SMOM member; later founder of Bilderberg). Anthony Drexel Biddle Jr., US Ambassador to the European governments in exile in London during WWII, a Pilgrims Society member, and a person that informed US intelligence about the Synarchist Movement of Empire in France, became a good friend of Bernhard. Allen Dulles (Cap & Gown; Pilgrims Society; OSS; CIA director; SMOM; nephew of a Jesuit; Paperclip; co-founder US Military-Industrial Complex; Warren Commission), John J. McCloy (Pilgrims Society; Rockefeller guy; chair CFR; released the most important nazis; Warren Commission), McGeorge Bundy (Skull & Bones; Army Intelligence; chair Ford Foundation; 1001 Club), general Walter Bedell Smith (Chief of Staff of SHAEF; CIA director), and general Eisenhower became other close associates and friends of Bernhard during WWII. FDR had always been a good friend of the Oranges. In late 1940, Bernhard started to work as a liaison officer between the newly established Dutch Central Intelligence Agency (CID) and the SIS and SOE. Head of the CID became Francois van 't Sant, the most important agent of the Oranges. Bernhards reputation got another dent when Englandspiel came out in 1943, even though he didn't have a direct role in the affair. During Englandspiel dozens of Dutch intelligence agents, which were flown in from England, were immediately caught by waiting Germans over a period of about a year. Captured agents sent plenty of messages that the operation had been penetrated by the Germans, but the SOE ignored them for some unknown reason. In 1944, after the Allied invasion of Europe, Bernhard flew across the front and asked both the Pope in Italy and Retinger in Poland to try and look out after his family members that were still in Germany. It seemed however that especially his mother could take care of herself with all the contacts she had within IG Farben. In 1944, during the allied siege of the Netherlands, Bernhard became head of the Domestic Forces (BS), which was the coordination center for the Dutch resistance. His headquarters, complete with wine cellar, was located in Hotel Metropole in Brussels and consisted of members of MI6, the SOE, and Dutch resistance. One of his closest friends here was Gerben Sonderman who used to work with SS officer Klaus "Butcher of Lyon" Barbie. Barbie dreamed up Hitler's Final Solution and was responsible for the rape, torture, and murder of thousands of people. At Nuremberg Barbie was released by Pilgrims Society member John J. McCloy and ended up in Bolivia where he became responsible for setting up the local US-allied death squads and the early drug exporting routes to the US via Columbia. After the failed Battle of Arnhem in September 1944, which was part of the larger Operation Market Garden, it turned out that Christiaan "King Kong" Lindemans had given information about this operation to the Germans. Lindemans, a hero of the resistance, worked in Bernhard's office and supposedly was "turned" by the Germans in 1944. This became just another dent in Bernhard's image, just as the fact that he was starting to gather war loot around this time, like expensive BMWs and small airplanes. After the liberation Bernhard's Gestapo" started to become a menace to the Dutch people, so his organization is not allowed to make arrests anymore. Bernhard's II BD intelligence service now started to map all fascist and anti-communist elements within Dutch society. One of his closest associates has the surname Van Houten and is suspected by British Intelligence to have been the same Van Houten on papers King Kong, the spy who informed the Germans about the upcoming Battle of Arnhem, had been carrying during the time of his arrest. Due to a lack of proof the issue is dropped. When the Dutch government is restored again, Bernhard is in favor of increased influence of the Royal House in state affairs. It won't happen. Because of his ambitions Bernhard did became the point man for the Anglo-American globalists from this moment on. Bernhard started to work more with the United States. One of these persons is Henry Luce agent C.D. Jackson (deputy chief of the Psychological Warfare Division of SHAEF; one of the "the Park Avenue Cowboys"; vice president of Time-Life and one of the most trusted aides of Henry Luce; advisor to the President for Psychological Warfare; member Operations Coordinating Board during his time as advisor; president of the National Committee for a Free Europe; co-founder Radio Free Europe and the American Committee for Cultural Freedom; thought the Zapruder film was too shocking to release to the public; trustee Carnegie Corporation). Jackson will largely be responsible for setting up the post WWII psywar and US intelligence division in the Netherlands and other parts of Western Europe. In 1945, the Dutch intelligence group BVD was set up and Bernhard catapulted a lot of his friends in it. There is some infighting however between Bernhard's friends and employees who don't want anything to do with him. In 1946 King Kong is about to be investigated by the BVD and Bernhard's friends fear he might release some compromising information about the prince. Subsequently King Kong dies under suspicious circumstances. BVD investigations into Englandspiel are also done only very superficially. After the war, Bernhard made sure a lot of his former nazi buddies were protected from prosecution and helped them back into prominent positions. In 1948, it was discovered that Bernhard was a member of the NSDAP. It is covered up and the press won't report on it until 1976, after the Lockheed Affair. After WWII, Bernhard acted as representative for the Dutch government and multinationals. Doing business with the Fascist regime in Argentine, together with all the fled nazis in that country, wasn't a problem for him. Also worked for the CIA. Commander of the Dutch domestic army 1946-1976. Inspector-General of the Dutch Air Force, Army, and Navy 1946-1976. A trade commission called Codex Alimentarius (Latin for food code) was re-created under the guise of it being a consumer protection commission. In 1962, the timetable was set for Codex to be fully implemented on a global level by December 31, 2009. Under Codex, committees were established to create guidelines on such topics as fish and fisheries, fats and oils, fruits and vegetables, ground nuts, nutrition, food for specialized uses, and vitamins and minerals. There were 27 committees in all, creating a huge bureaucracy. Under Codex there are over 4,000 guidelines and regulations on everything that can be put into your mouth with the exception of pharmaceuticals which are not regulated by Codex.

Billions expected to die under Codex Alimentarius guidelines

While serving his prison term, Schmitz looked for an alternative to brute force for controlling people and realized that people could be controlled through their food supply. When he got out of prison, he went to his friends at the United Nations (UN) and laid out a plan to take over the control of food worldwide. A trade commission called Codex Alimentarius (Latin for food code) was re-created under the guise of it being a consumer protection commission. But Codex was never in the business of protecting people. It has always been about money and profits at the expense of people.
In 1962, the timetable was set for Codex to be fully implemented on a global level by December 31, 2009. Under Codex, committees were established to create guidelines on such topics as fish and fisheries, fats and oils, fruits and vegetables, ground nuts, nutrition, food for specialized uses, and vitamins and minerals. There were 27 committees in all, creating a huge bureaucracy. Under Codex there are over 4,000 guidelines and regulations on everything that can be put into your mouth with the exception of pharmaceuticals which are not regulated by Codex.
