EXCERPT:
(translated from Russian)
Scientists on the Kamchatka ship left on uninhabited islands

It has been reported by Radio CD that the Russian border guards who seized the ship Georg Steller, have left behind about 20 members of the Russian-American expedition on the uninhabited island.

As stated by the Coast Guard after the seizure of the vessel, it was revealed that on board are only 11 out of 29 passengers. The captain of the Georg Steller, has said that all the missing passengers are still on the islands with the expedition. The captain of the border patrol ship who carried out the seizure decided to have the vessel escorted to a nearby port.

According to the radio, "The Georg Steller, was seized for repeated violations of border regulations."

Steller
EXCERPT:
George Wilhelm Steller (1709-1746) was born in Windsheim, Germany, and given a strong
education for the time. After finishing his univesity work he went to Russia where he found work
as a naturalist for the Academy of Sciences in Saint Petersburg. It was from there that he went as
naturalist on Vitus Bering’s last expedition into the ocean east of Siberia. Steller became the first
white man known to have stepped upon land that eventually became known as Alaska.

World Wildlife Fund
EXCERPT:
So, when Prince Philip, co-founder with Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands of the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), tells an interviewer that he hopes to be ``reincarnated as a deadly virus'' to help solve the ``population problem,'' he is just ``doin' what comes naturally'' for any scion of the Anglo-Dutch oligarchy (see page 8 for more quotes from Prince Philip).

Shell-Mex and BP
EXCERPT:
Shell-Mex and BP Ltd was a British joint marketing venture between Shell and British Petroleum. It was formed in 1932 when both companies decided to merge their United Kingdom marketing operations[1], partly in response to the difficult economic conditions of the times.

Shell-Mex-BP limited
EXCERPT:
Both have flouted laws and regulations by causing terrible pollution which has ruined the lives of people living near to their production facilities (e.g. Shell’s notorious track record in Nigeria).

For many decades Shell and BP traded as a single entity in the UK under the name of Shell-Mex & BP Limited. Perhaps some of the shared corporate culture lives on today.

The propaganda campaigns of both of these multinational giants have been exposed as nothing more than corporate trickery designed to deceive a gullible public.

Despite the gross incompetence (which has been revealed for the whole world to see) and blatant disregard of ethical norms, some senior management figures in these companies have been rewarded by titles and untold riches e.g. “Lord” Browne of BP and the now disgraced former Chairman of Royal Dutch Shell, “Sir” Philip Watts.

(Sir Philip reportedly received a severance package/pension worth $18.5 million after being blamed for the reserves scandal which ruined Shell’s reputation.)

She was educated at Roedean (where she was head girl), Heidelberg University, the Queen Mary, University of London and the Polytechnic of Central London, and worked as a statistician and market research manager, including a spell with Shell-Mex and BP, before entering Parliament as MP for Wallasey, Merseyside, succeeding the former Cabinet minister Ernest Marples.

More Scandals about programs World Wildlife Fund
EXCERPT:
So the Rwandan genocide had nothing to do with tribal or civil warfare. It was a British-orchestrated assassination and invasion program. And the parks administered by WWF played a pivotal role in the slaughter. From the same parks, the same WWF apparatus is involved in the planned destabilization and genocide against the rest of East Africa, beginning with Kenya and Sudan.

Under the guise of protecting endangered species, such as the elephant, the rhinoceros and the tiger, WWF ``park rangers'' carry out assassinations and other attacks against so-called ``poachers'' who in many instances turn out to be local patriotic political leaders or farmers who refuse to abandon their land and their food production to the WWF's land confiscation programs.

The House of Rothschild
EXCERPT:
Developing circumstances soon allowed the Rothschilds to formulate a plan which would guarantee them the financial control of Europe, and soon the world. It began with taking advantage of the outcome of the Battle of Waterloo, which was fought at La-Belle-Alliance, seven miles south of Waterloo, which is a suburb of Brussels, Belgium. Early in the battle, Napoleon appeared to be winning, and the first secret military report to London communicated that fact. However, upon reinforcements from the Prussians, under Gebhard Blucher, the tide turned in favor of Wellington. On Sunday, June 18, 1815, Rothworth, a courier of Nathan Rothschild, head of the London branch of the family, was on the battlefield, and upon seeing that Napoleon was being beaten, went by horse to Brussels, then to Ostende, and for 2,000 francs, got a sailor to get him to England across stormy seas. When Nathan Rothschild received the news on June 20, he informed the government, who did not believe him. So, with everyone believing Wellington to be defeated, Rothschild immediately began to sell all of his stock on the English Stock Market. Everyone else followed his lead, and also began selling, causing stocks to plummet to practically nothing. At the last minute, his agents secretly began buying up the stocks at rock-bottom prices. On June 21, at 11 PM, Wellington's envoy, Major Henry Percy showed up at the War Office with his report that Napoleon had been crushed in a bitter eight hour battle, losing a third of his men. This gave the Rothschild family complete control of the British economy, and forced England to set up a new Bank of England, which Nathan Rothschild controlled.

Bethmanns & Rothschilds (said to be cousins???) wikipedia
EXCERPT:
The two great banking dynasties of Frankfurt am Main were the House of Bethmann and the House of Rothschild. For several decades their affairs were closely intertwined while they carried on a vigorous rivalry. On occasion they would cooperate – as business partners but also, not least thanks to the pro-emancipation outlook of Simon Moritz von Bethmann, with the shared goal of enfranchising the Jews of Frankfurt.

Aga Khan IV wikipedia
EXCERPT:
The Āgā Khān is a direct descendant of the Islamic prophet Muhammad through his cousin and son-in-law, Ali, the first Imam, and his wife Fatimah, Muhammad’s daughter,[3][4] and is referred to by members of his community as Mawlana Hāzir Imām (حاضر إمام, "Present Imām"). Since his ascension to the Imamate, the Āgā Khān has been involved in complex political and economic changes which have affected his followers, including the independence of African countries from colonial rule, expulsion of Asians from Uganda, the independence of Central Asian countries such as Tajikistan from the former Soviet Union and the continuous turmoil in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

The Āgā Khān is particularly interested in the elimination of global poverty; the advancement of women; the promotion of Islamic culture, art, and architecture; and promoting pluralistic values in society. He is the founder and chairman of the Aga Khan Development Network, one of the largest private development networks in the world, which toils towards social, economic, and cultural development in Asia and Africa.

J. Robert Oppenheimer
EXCERPT:
Oppenheimer married Katherine Puening Harrison in 1940. They had two children: Peter (b. 1941) and Katherine (b. 1944)... Oppenheimer remarked that when seeing the first text explosion of the atomic bomb he was reminded of a passage from the Hindu sacred text the Bhagavad Gita: "I am become death, destroyer of worlds"... The "J." at the start of Oppenheimer's name is the source of some confusion: it is sometimes said to be short for Julius or Jerome, but Oppenheimer himself once told an interviewer that the initial stood for nothing.

Remarks by David Rockefeller at the Hadrian Award Luncheon The Plaza Hotel, October 25, 1996
Those of you who are regular guests at the Hadrian Award luncheon may have noticed that this seems to have become a regular time for me to be a guest at these meetings. I should assure you I'm not seeking a permanent place on the program. This is the third consecutive Hadrian lunch at which I've been privileged to speak about the work of the World Monuments Fund, and indeed it is certainly worthy of all the attention that any of us could give to that work. Today we all regret that last year's award recipient, Lord Rothschild, is unable to be with us as was originally planned, but I'm delighted to have the priviledge of introducing this year's honoree in his stead. His Highness The Aga Khan is a man of vision, intellect, and passion. I've had the pleasure of knowing him for almost forty years, ever since he was an undergraduate at Harvard and a roommate of my nephew Jay Rockefeller.

Jardine Strategic Holdings
EXCERPT:
Jardine Strategic Holdings Limited (BSX: 129, LSE: JDS, SGX: J37) is a large company that holds stock. It is a part of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited, or Jardine's. Jardine Strategic is an element of the Straits Times Index.

The holding company holds substantial amounts of Dairy Farm, a convenience store group, Hongkong Land, a property group, Mandarin Oriental, a hotel group, and Jardine Cycle & Carriage, an auto group. It also owns part of the stock of the Jardine Matheson group itself. It in effect owns its own corporate parent, enabling the Keswick family to control the group without providing a majority of the capital. This expertise in protecting family owners was shared in 2005 when it took a 20% stake in Rothschild Continuation Holdings, a major merchant bank.

Jardine Strategic, as an office, is a corporate entity entrusted with managing and owning stock, in its stock portfolios. The paperwork, taxes, computer file maintenance, day-to-day stock manipulation and security oversight of the stocks owned by this company, including that of its parent, are the purview of this company.

The 1001 Club | Membership list
Bankers, intelligence agents, and raw materials executives striving for a sustainable future

Note: if you look up information on the 1001 Club on the internet you'll find that the group is listed on Wikipedia's WWF page. The author has added it there several years back, but any attempt to add additional information - however basic - has always been blocked. A separate Wikipedia page on the 1001 Club, largely written by the author, was also cleaned out after several months, even though this site is the only location on the net with photocopies of membership lists. But as you'll see, a good number of the members of the 1001 are extremely controversial.

Whatever critics will say in the future, these membership lists were not available anywhere to the public until this article was published. You ultimately have Irish journalist and documentary maker Kevin Dowling to thank for that, who voluntarily provided them to ISGP. Dowling was one of the very, very few persons in the possession of these lists, and in his case for maybe 20 years. Three months after providing ISGP with these lists, Kevin passed away. Since then, the 1001 Club has finally been given real attention in at least one biography on Bernhard and - for the first time in its almost 40 year existence - also made the Dutch evening news. So, thank you, Kevin.

Born in 1911 as a count. Bernhard was born and educated in Germany. Became a member of Sturm (Hitler youth movement) around 1931, which is 2 years before Hitler came to power. Became a member of the SS in 1934, which consisted of Hitler's most elite and most trusted aides. This automatically ment he also became a member of the NSDAP. At the Nuremberg trials the aristocratic Nazi Friedrich Eberstein would claim how the Nazi party's prestige sky-rocketed after aristocrats like Bernhard (specifically mentioned him) joined the movement. Briefly worked with Gerhard Fritze, who owned an Amsterdam bank financed by the Swedish Wallenberg family (largely rule Sweden's economy; intermarried with the royal house). Because of his mother's connections, Bernhard went to work for NW-7, the IG Farben industrial espionage unit, and ended up in it's Paris branch in 1935. IG Farben was one of the main companies that built up the Nazi war machine. It also made massive use of Auschwitz slave labor. While in Paris, and staying with the aristocratic Kotzebue family, he became a close friend of Sefton Delmer, who was a Daily Express journalist and an agent for the Hitler- & Hess intimate Lord Beaverbrook (his son was a member of the 1001 Club), not to mention an employee of British intelligence. Delmer had been in Berlin until 1933, having direct access to Hitler and the Nazi party. Tom Driberg, a homosexual communist journalist who worked for Beaverbrook too, also approached Bernhard in Paris. Driberg, who already was a friend of Guy Burgess, worked for the Soviets, codename LePage, and Bernhard considered him a friend too. Around this time Bernhard had met with future Dutch queen Juliana, who was quite desperate for a husband at that moment. Bernhard's IG Farben financial advisor initially acted as a middle man between the two. It took Bernhard quite a bit of effort to convince Wilhelmina that he was the right person to marry her daughter, because he wasn't an exceptionally high aristocrat and was considered a too extravagant. He was able to marry Juliana in 1937. At this point he wasn't a member of the SS anymore, but only after his marriage with Juliana, one day to be exact, he resigned from the NSDAP. Unfortunately, he didn't put an autograph under his letter, so officially he was a member of the NSDAP until 1938, which is when his membership automatically expired. Earlier, on November 14, 1996 he met with Hitler to renounce his German citizenship. In his personal diaries Hitler refers to Bernhard as a "gigolo", but publicly the marriage is considered a good thing. Around this time Bernhard met with friends at IG Farben and the SS to say goodbye. Not long after the Spanish civil war started in 1936 between the fascist Franco and the democratically elected government, Bernhard and his brother had the nerve to show up at a royal party in the Hague dressed as Franco officers. In 1938, Bernhard's responsibilities increase and he has to work closely with Francois van 't Sant, Queen Wilhelmina's right hand and the most important liaison officer between MI6 and GSIII, the Dutch military intelligence agency. Van 't Sant communicates anything that is happening in Dutch high society to the British and makes a lot of money in the process. Bernhard starts communicating information between Queen Wilhelmina and GSIII, in which he makes many friends. At the same time Bernhard starts to work as an informant for GSIII, communicating messages from his German friends to the Dutch intelligence service. His younger brother Aschwin, an officer of a German panzer division, continually passes messages to him. They even travel together occasionally. In the summer of 1938 they visit King George VI, under the wary eyes of MI6. It is believed that they are discussing a German coup in preparation by admiral and spychief Wilhelm Canaris (old friend of the Lippe-Biesterfelds; boss of Aschwin; didn't seem to appreciate the imperial aspirations of Hitler) and several of his associates. This coup is called off in late 1939. As Bernhard is sure the Germans will attack the Netherlands soon, not allowing it to be neutral, he quietly started to receive his family's German possessions, moved to The Hague, and made plans to evacuate his family to Paris. One month before the German invasion of Holland, which occurred in May 1940, Bernard had a reunion with his old buddy Gerhard Fritze and a group of IG Farben associates. According to one of the attendants, Frank-Fahle, who was arrested after war, Bernhard said to them, as inspector-general of the Dutch military, that he would find it very difficult to lead Dutch troops in battle against the Germans. When the German attack began the Oranges moved to London. Bernhard went back for a few days, suggested to execute a few Dutch collaborators of the Germans (which didn't happen), went to Paris, and back again to London. For some reason, this short trip would make him a legendary hero. In the UK Bernhard wasn't trusted and Ian Flemming, the later James Bond author and a MI6/Naval Intelligence officer, was sent to spy on him. Sefton Delmer (Naval Intelligence; the Beaverbrook employee), Ian Flemming, and Prince Bernhard spent a lot of time together, but it seems that Flemming couldn't find any pro-nazi connections to Bernhard. Flemming later incorporated the character Count Lippe, a low level member of a worldwide secret criminal group (SPECTRE) involved in drug trade and extortion of NATO, in his James Bond movie 'Thunderball'. Some have speculated this character might be a reference to Prince Bernhard, who was born as Count von Lippe-Biesterfeld. Flemming would slowly move out of Bernhard's life. Through Delmer, Bernhard came into contact with Lord Beaverbrook (Aitken family; wanted peace with Hitler, like Hitler himself wanted with the British Empire; close to Hitler and Hess) and became very close with Penelope Aitken (married a nephew of Lord Beaverbrook), who was the mother of Jonathan Aitken, a later MI6 agent and head of Le Cercle. During this time Bernhard (who recruited the son of Lord Beaverbrook in the 1001 Club) also came into contact with mystery man Joseph H. Retinger (raised by Polish nobility; MI6 and likely a Jesuit or SMOM member; later founder of Bilderberg). Anthony Drexel Biddle Jr., US Ambassador to the European governments in exile in London during WWII, a Pilgrims Society member, and a person that informed US intelligence about the Synarchist Movement of Empire in France, became a good friend of Bernhard. Allen Dulles (Cap & Gown; Pilgrims Society; OSS; CIA director; SMOM; nephew of a Jesuit; Paperclip; co-founder US Military-Industrial Complex; Warren Commission), John J. McCloy (Pilgrims Society; Rockefeller guy; chair CFR; released the most important nazis; Warren Commission), McGeorge Bundy (Skull & Bones; Army Intelligence; chair Ford Foundation; 1001 Club), general Walter Bedell Smith (Chief of Staff of SHAEF; CIA director), and general Eisenhower became other close associates and friends of Bernhard during WWII. FDR had always been a good friend of the Oranges. In late 1940, Bernhard started to work as a liaison officer between the newly established Dutch Central Intelligence Agency (CID) and the SIS and SOE. Head of the CID became Francois van 't Sant, the most important agent of the Oranges. Bernhards reputation got another dent when Englandspiel came out in 1943, even though he didn't have a direct role in the affair. During Englandspiel dozens of Dutch intelligence agents, which were flown in from England, were immediately caught by waiting Germans over a period of about a year. Captured agents sent plenty of messages that the operation had been penetrated by the Germans, but the SOE ignored them for some unknown reason. In 1944, after the Allied invasion of Europe, Bernhard flew across the front and asked both the Pope in Italy and Retinger in Poland to try and look out after his family members that were still in Germany. It seemed however that especially his mother could take care of herself with all the contacts she had within IG Farben. In 1944, during the allied siege of the Netherlands, Bernhard became head of the Domestic Forces (BS), which was the coordination center for the Dutch resistance. His headquarters, complete with wine cellar, was located in Hotel Metropole in Brussels and consisted of members of MI6, the SOE, and Dutch resistance. One of his closest friends here was Gerben Sonderman who used to work with SS officer Klaus "Butcher of Lyon" Barbie. Barbie dreamed up Hitler's Final Solution and was responsible for the rape, torture, and murder of thousands of people. At Nuremberg Barbie was released by Pilgrims Society member John J. McCloy and ended up in Bolivia where he became responsible for setting up the local US-allied death squads and the early drug exporting routes to the US via Columbia. After the failed Battle of Arnhem in September 1944, which was part of the larger Operation Market Garden, it turned out that Christiaan "King Kong" Lindemans had given information about this operation to the Germans. Lindemans, a hero of the resistance, worked in Bernhard's office and supposedly was "turned" by the Germans in 1944. This became just another dent in Bernhard's image, just as the fact that he was starting to gather war loot around this time, like expensive BMWs and small airplanes. After the liberation Bernhard's Gestapo" started to become a menace to the Dutch people, so his organization is not allowed to make arrests anymore. Bernhard's II BD intelligence service now started to map all fascist and anti-communist elements within Dutch society. One of his closest associates has the surname Van Houten and is suspected by British Intelligence to have been the same Van Houten on papers King Kong, the spy who informed the Germans about the upcoming Battle of Arnhem, had been carrying during the time of his arrest. Due to a lack of proof the issue is dropped. When the Dutch government is restored again, Bernhard is in favor of increased influence of the Royal House in state affairs. It won't happen. Because of his ambitions Bernhard did became the point man for the Anglo-American globalists from this moment on. Bernhard started to work more with the United States. One of these persons is Henry Luce agent C.D. Jackson (deputy chief of the Psychological Warfare Division of SHAEF; one of the "the Park Avenue Cowboys"; vice president of Time-Life and one of the most trusted aides of Henry Luce; advisor to the President for Psychological Warfare; member Operations Coordinating Board during his time as advisor; president of the National Committee for a Free Europe; co-founder Radio Free Europe and the American Committee for Cultural Freedom; thought the Zapruder film was too shocking to release to the public; trustee Carnegie Corporation). Jackson will largely be responsible for setting up the post WWII psywar and US intelligence division in the Netherlands and other parts of Western Europe. In 1945, the Dutch intelligence group BVD was set up and Bernhard catapulted a lot of his friends in it. There is some infighting however between Bernhard's friends and employees who don't want anything to do with him. In 1946 King Kong is about to be investigated by the BVD and Bernhard's friends fear he might release some compromising information about the prince. Subsequently King Kong dies under suspicious circumstances. BVD investigations into Englandspiel are also done only very superficially. After the war, Bernhard made sure a lot of his former nazi buddies were protected from prosecution and helped them back into prominent positions. In 1948, it was discovered that Bernhard was a member of the NSDAP. It is covered up and the press won't report on it until 1976, after the Lockheed Affair. After WWII, Bernhard acted as representative for the Dutch government and multinationals. Doing business with the Fascist regime in Argentine, together with all the fled nazis in that country, wasn't a problem for him. Also worked for the CIA. Commander of the Dutch domestic army 1946-1976. Inspector-General of the Dutch Air Force, Army, and Navy 1946-1976. The Greet Hofmans-Affair from 1948 to 1956 created tensions between the Prince and the Queen. The investigation results are still being withheld, but it is known that Bernhard and the CIA were displeased with Juliana's "communist" tendencies of disarmament of Europe to such an extent that they were preparing to put her into a mental hospital (think stay-behind networks?). Some believe Greet Hofmans actually was some kind of Soviet spy. Bernhard held a speech at the University Club in New York in 1953 where he called for European integration and a common currency. Approached by his friend Joseph Retinger to establish Bilderberg, which was founded in 1954 and sponsored by the CIA. Bilderberg chairman 1954-1976. Bernhard got along very well Paul Henri Spaak, Paul van Zeeland, Jean Monnet, Pierre Trudeau, JFK, Nixon, Ford, the Shah of Iran, and countless other international individuals. He loved to duck hunt with Stavros Niarchos (family of Onassis and also a 1001 Club member). His wife, queen Juliana, invited UFO contactee George Adamski to their home in 1959. First chairman of the WWF in 1961. President of the WWF until his death. Co-founder of the 1001 Club in the early 1970s. Edmund de Rothschild is the godfather of Alexia Grinda, one of his extramarital daughters. Bernhard met the mother, the 18-year old Helene Grinda (of the noble Roussel family), in 1966, at a swimming pool of the Rothschild family. In 1974, Prince Bernhard sold his Castle Warmelo to the Evlyma Trust in Liechtenstein, a subsidiary of Tibor Rosenbaum's (1001 Club; Mossad agent; criminal) BCI. The Trust was managed by 1001 Club member Herbert Batliner. Friends of Bernhard included David Rockefeller, H.J. Heinz, Gianni Agnelli, Henry Ford II, Henry Luce, Tibor Rosenbaum, Robert Vesco, Mobutu, Suharto, Cornelis Verolme, the Loudons of Shell, Ernst van Eeghen, Ernst van den Beugel (KLM), and Freddie Heineken. Accused of taking bribes from Lockheed and likely also Northrop in 1976. Invested in KAS Enterprises, which became a front for the SAS in their struggle against Mandela's ANC. In 1980 the Oranges had a capital of 650 million euros. A conservative estimate shows that this capital has grown to at least 1,4 billion euros today. Most of this capital is invested in real estate and shares in corporations like Shell.

The International Criminal Court & National Prosecutions A VIEW FROM HAITI pdf 50 pages

Ron Brown and Lillian Madsen
EXCERPT:
It turned out that one of the meetings between Brown and the two South Vietnamese took place at a town house owned by Brown and his son Michael but lived in by Lillian Madsen, who describes herself as "a close personal friend" of Brown's, is estranged from her Haiti-based husband, and is Ashton's sister-in-law.

Ron Brown, Haiti Baby Doc Duvalier, Lillian Madsen and toxic waste
EXCERPT:
Duvalier’s U.S.-based lawyer, Ron Brown, also did well, economically, by their relationship. In the early 1980s, Brown was a partner at the powerful Washington law firm of Patton, Boggs & Blow. Duvalier secured his services by paying him $150,000 as a retainer, and Brown went to work for the brutal dictator on Capitol Hill. Before his death while flying over Yugoslavia and scouting U.S. investment opportunities, Brown had been personally linked to Lillian Madsen, who had married into an extremely wealthy Haitian family with vast holdings in coffee and beer. (She later divorced.) Madsen lived in an expensive Washington townhouse that had been purchased for her in 1992 by the commerce secretary himself and by his son, D.C. lobbyist Michael Brown. The Madsens were major backers of Duvalier and among the main domestic financial backers of the September 1991 coup against elected President Jean-Bertrand Aristide. Brown uttered nary a word to support the return of Aristide and democracy to Haiti, nor did he protest the U.S.’s toxic practices there.

Daniel R. Pearson wikipedia
EXCERPT:
Daniel R. Pearson is the Chairman of the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Pearson, a Republican from Minnesota, was nominated to the United States International Trade Commission by President George W. Bush and confirmed by the U.S. Senate on November 21, 2004 for the term ending June 16, 2011. He began serving as a Commissioner on October 8, 2003, under a recess appointment. President Bush designated him Chairman from June 17, 2006 through June 16, 2008.

Prior to his appointment, Chairman Pearson was Assistant Vice President of Public Affairs for Cargill, in Wayzata, Minnesota. His work focused primarily on trade policy issues, including the World Trade Organization (WTO) agricultural negotiations, the efforts of China and other countries to join the WTO, the global “level playing field” initiative for the oilseed sector, the U.S.-Mexico sweetener dispute, and the effects of domestic agricultural policies on U.S. competitiveness. Before his appointment to Assistant Vice President, he served as a policy analyst in the public affairs department from 1987 to 1998.

Michael Francois headed death squads
EXCERPT:
After the 1991 coup, Elie maintains that the drug trade took a quantum leap, taking control over the national Port Authority through the offices of Port-au-Prince Police Chief Lt. Col. Michel Francois. It was Francois’s thugs, called attaches, who were primarily responsible for the waves of political killings since the coup.

United States government sources say the NIS never provided much narcotics intelligence, and its commanding officers were responsible for the torture and murder of Aristide supporters, and were involved in death threats that forced the local DEA chief to flee the country. Connecticut Senator Christopher Dodd, who sits on the Foreign Relations Committee and received extensive CIA briefings, said that the drug intelligence the U.S. was getting came from the very same people who in front of the world are brutally murdering people.

Billions expected to die under Codex Alimentarius guidelines
EXCERPT:
While serving his prison term, Schmitz looked for an alternative to brute force for controlling people and realized that people could be controlled through their food supply. When he got out of prison, he went to his friends at the United Nations (UN) and laid out a plan to take over the control of food worldwide. A trade commission called Codex Alimentarius (Latin for food code) was re-created under the guise of it being a consumer protection commission. But Codex was never in the business of protecting people. It has always been about money and profits at the expense of people.

In 1962, the timetable was set for Codex to be fully implemented on a global level by December 31, 2009. Under Codex, committees were established to create guidelines on such topics as fish and fisheries, fats and oils, fruits and vegetables, ground nuts, nutrition, food for specialized uses, and vitamins and minerals. There were 27 committees in all, creating a huge bureaucracy. Under Codex there are over 4,000 guidelines and regulations on everything that can be put into your mouth with the exception of pharmaceuticals which are not regulated by Codex.

AIDS as a weapon of war

While I do believe that AIDS is a weapon being used by the Federal Fraud Machine (FFM) and its allies, I disagree that it is a contagious disease caused by a little retrovirus, many types which exist in the normal human system. There are hundreds of well known doctors, microbiologists, professors, laymen who have proved that AIDS is not caused by HIV but by drugs end/or other immuno suppresive factors. AIDS is really a psyop weapon that actually gets "the AIDS victim" to kill him or herself. Rather than go into a lengthy and detailed explanation, I suggest you visit www.duesberg.com or aidsmyth.com or virusmyth.com. The AIDS dissidents like Dr. Duesberg, Professor of Microbiology at UC, Kerry Mullis, Noble Prize winner for the PCP test, Walter Gilbert of Harvard, Dr. Charlie Thomas formally at John Hopkins and Harvard, and many others get almost no publicity for their views. Dr. Duesberg has paid for his views by losing a $3 million research contract plus almost all of his other non professor revenues. As he told me "If I would come out and say that maybe HIV is partially responsible for AIDS, I could be paid like an NBA star, like Gallo (who stole the HIV virus from Montagnier) is currently. Now I'll just have to get by on my tenured professor salary." Most of the biological research at Fort Detrick has been bogus and led nowhere. Yet, a lot of people and companies continue to get rich with such research.

The Federal Fraud Machine loves the idea that people think that HIV was a deadly virus concocted at Fort Detrick, since that reinforces the mainstream idea that AIDS is a sexually transmitted disease. The HIV antibody test will show positive if you have a weakened immune system, regardless of whether you have the relatively harmless HIV virus in your system. Since no one has ever isolated this retrovirus, but have confirmed its existence through antibodies, the AIDs test checks for a protein that normally shows up in your blood when you have the flu. Just thonk of all those poor Africans that have been fed the deadly chemotherapy AIDS cocktails that destroy the immune system. Thank heaven for people like Mbeki of South Africa who are not buying the attempted genocide of Africa by the FFM and its allies

Ron Brown and his and Bill Clinton's China Connection
EXCERPT:
Yet, Ron Brown's story also has a bad ending. On Feb. 6, 1996, Ron Brown met with Wang Jun, chairman of the Chinese army-owned arms company Poly Technologies. That same day, Wang also attended a White House coffee with Charlie Trie who also donated several thousand dollars to the DNC. President Clinton was host for the coffee. Trie is his old "friend" in the Clinton-Gore White House spin machine language -- with friend meaning a source of cash.

Nolanda Hill testified that Beijing arms dealer Wang and Brown discussed lowering satellite export controls. She warned Brown to stay away from Wang, who travelled the globe on an official Chinese diplomatic passport. That same day, Feb. 6, 1996, President Clinton approved the launch of four more U.S. satellites on Chinese army rockets. Later in 1996, Clinton also approved the full export of Loral's Globalstar system, including a complete encrypted satellite telemetry control center to be constructed outside Beijing.

Introduction
(Applause) Thank you so very much. I am Joyce Riley, and I am here because I love my God and I love my country, and I love my fellow man. We are going to hear a story tonight that unfortunately is the saddest story, not only of the 20th century, but of America's history. You are going to hear about the destruction of the United States military. I am sorry to have to bring you this story. I wish it wasn't true. I wish that I could protect you from what you are going to hear tonight, because it has taken me a year to investigate this story. During that time, I went through the worst depression you can imagine. I finally came to the conclusion one day that - yes, our country had provided the biologicals to Saddam Hussein that were used on our troops. Our troops are sick and they are dying.

My story started in 1991, when............

Time to deeply investigate Ron Brown's death
EXCERPT:
But in case you missed the piecemeal accounts m the papers. Here is an
extremely condensed summery of 11 of Brown's woes. As I'll show below,
many of them were shortly going to become Bill Clinton's woes:

1. How did North Viet Nam recently get the U.S. to drop its trade embargo
against them so suddenly? Easy. As a leading Vietnamese businessman and
official revealed to the press, the Communist government paid Brown
$700,000 to do it. the money went into a Singapore bank account, the
embargo fell, and Clinton squashed a feeble FBI attempt to investigate. He
and Brown also neutralized a federal grand jury probe later.

2. Brown sold plane seats on other trade trips besides the one to
Bosnia/Croatia. Companies making big contributions to the Democratic Party
or the Clinton Victory Fund could buy access and tax break or regulatory
favors.

3. The 1-23-95 U.S. News & World Report broke the news that Brown had
bought a $300,000 townhouse for his girlfriend, Lillian Madsen, a
prominent political player and whorehouse madam from Haiti.

4. Brown used to receive $12,500 a month as the P.R. agent for Baby Doc
Duvalier, the much-loathed dictator of Haiti. Brown received this money
for nearly five years, while he was a member of the Democratic National
Committee. Brown also managed Baby Doc's $50 million investment find, most
or all of which is now in Viet Nam firms.

5. Brown was a key board member of Chemfix, a Louisiana "waste management"
corporation that landed a $210 million contract with New York City in
1990, with Brown's help. That was despite the fact that Chemfix had two
other contracts with other municipalities canceled because of its
inability to perform. Brown got company stock at 24% of market value,
making him millions. New York mayor David Dinkins got to host me
Democratic Convention. A typical Ron Brown win/win deal.

6. Brown founded Capital/Pebsco, which - fresh out of the box got a
contract with Washington D.C. mayor Marion Barry to handle the city's
pension funds. Not a bad start for a new company with no investing
experience.

7. In a deal that has left CIA people livid, Brown okayed the sale of a
new U.S. gas turbine engine to China China will use the engines m its
cruise missiles McDonald Douglas developed the turbine as a military
engine. But Brown arbitrarily reclassified it as "civilian". That let
China build a fleet of missiles, using U.S. engines and technology, which
they can poise, of course, at the US.

8. Brown irked Congress and most of Europe by acting as point man for
Clinton to bring Iranian influence and weapons into the Bosnian War. That
broke the U.S.- endorsed arms embargo. The money for the arms most likely
came from Commerce and Agriculture, slush fund money channeled to U.S.
manufacturers; from there to U.S. -friendly nations and firms overseas;
and from there to Iran. The arms included helicopter gun ships, big
artillery, stinger missiles, land mines, anti-aircraft guns, anti-tank
weapons, grenade launchers, and other quality weapons. Most of the arms
will stay on the European scene for decades to come, keeping the area
destabilized. As one leading munitions dealer put it:

"Iran/Contra was slingshots and cap guns compared to the quantities and
size of arms given the Croatian Serbs That is why the Croatian Muslims
enthusiastically hosted Brown's planeload of executives. They felt grati-
tude for the free arms, as well as a desire to do deals.

9. Brown was the partner of a Democratic fund-raiser named Nolanda Hill.
Hill paid Brown $500,000 for his 50% interest in First International,
Inc., a company that never made any profits. Most glaringly, Brown never
invested a cent m First International.

First International owned Corridor Broadcasting, which had defaulted on
massive government loans of $40 million, The loans were passed on to the
FDIC, which was unsuccessful in collecting anything from Hill. Yet at the
same time, First Intentional was making large contributions to the
Democratic Party, and paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to Brown,
through shell corporations.

These payments to Brown - three checks for $45,000 each - were the core of
Representative Clinger's evidence that forced Janet Reno to hire Daniel
Pearson as special investigator of Brown's crimes. They were cashier's
checks, all cut the same day m 1993, with sequential numbers. Yet
supposedly, the money came from three contributors, acting independently.
Brown never disclosed or paid any taxes on these amounts.

10. By personally delivering a warning letter signed by Clinton, Brown was
able to force a bargain deal with the Saudis for $6 billion in American
military aircraft and hardware. To get the planes the Saudis also had to
accept a fat $4 billion phone contract with AT&T: otherwise, they would
get no aircraft.

Also part of the deal: AT&T had a multi-million dollar side agreement with
Brown's First International, which was hired as a "consultant" (see
above). And the Demo- cratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign
fund were beneficiaries. This is how big business is done in Clinton's
America.

11. The last nail in Brown's coffin was pounded in four days before his
crash. FBI and IRS agents subpoenaed as many as 20 witnesses for a serious
probe of Brown in Washington. It seems that an Oklahoma gas company
called Dynamic Energy Resources gave Brown's son Michael $500,000 in
stock, a $160,000 cash payment, and exclusive country club memberships.
Former Dynamic president Stewart Price told a Tulsa grand jury that the
money was to be routed to Ron Brown, who was expected to "fix" a big
lawsuit for Dynamic.

There is little chance you heard about this death-knell, grand jury case.
Radio station KTOK in Oklahoma reported it on March 28, 1996; the
Washington Times made it a front-page story on March 29. But then a lock
was put on the story. The AP and New York Times wire services blocked any
future release of the information. Welcome to the new world order.

Niche marketing
1940s advertisement specifically targeting African AmericansWalter Mack was named the new President of Pepsi-Cola and guided the company through the 1940s. Mack, who supported progressive causes, noticed that the company's strategy of using advertising for a general audience either ignored African Americans or used ethnic stereotypes in portraying blacks. He realized African Americans were an untapped niche market and that Pepsi stood to gain market share by targeting its advertising directly towards them.[8] To this end, he hired Hennan Smith, an advertising executive "from the Negro newspaper field"[9] to lead an all-black sales team, which had to be cut due to the onset of World War II. In 1947, Mack resumed his efforts, hiring Edward F. Boyd to lead a twelve-man team. They came up with advertising portraying black Americans in a positive light, such as one with a smiling mother holding a six pack of Pepsi while her son (a young Ron Brown, who grew up to be Secretary of Commerce)[10] reaches up for one. Another ad campaign, titled "Leaders in Their Fields", profiled twenty prominent African Americans such as Nobel Peace Prize winner Ralph Bunche and photographer Gordon Parks.

Boyd also led a sales team composed entirely of blacks around the country to promote Pepsi. Racial segregation and Jim Crow laws were still in place throughout much of the U.S.; Boyd's team faced a great deal of discrimination as a result,[9] from insults by Pepsi co-workers to threats by the Ku Klux Klan.[10] On the other hand, they were able to use racism as a selling point, attacking Coke's reluctance to hire blacks and support by the chairman of Coke for segregationist Governor of Georgia Herman Talmadge.[8] As a result, Pepsi's market share as compared to Coke's shot up dramatically. After the sales team visited Chicago, Pepsi's share in the city overtook that of Coke for the first time.[8]

This focus on the market for black people caused some consternation within the company and among its affiliates. They did not want to seem focused on black customers for fear white customers would be pushed away.[8] In a meeting at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, Mack tried to assuage the 500 bottlers in attendance by pandering to them, saying, "We don't want it to become known as a nigger drink."[11] After Mack left the company in 1950, support for the black sales team faded and it was cut.

Did Ron Brown's head have a gunshot wound in it or not
EXCERPT:
What's more, the media and Pentagon claim of "the storm of the decade" was sharply disputed by the widely readAviation Week magazine, which reported light to moderate rain and a constant fourteen mph headwind at the time of the crash. In fact, five planes, one of them a small Piper, had landed at Dubrovnik airport just prior to Brown's. None encountered any problems.

The Air Force investigation later concluded, "the weather was not a substantially contributing factor in this mishap." (6) The prime factors were, instead, ruled to be pilot error and faulty navigation aids. Unfortunately, the airport's maintenance chief was unavailable to assist the Air Force in determining if the navigation aids at the airport were functioning properly at the time of the crash. He committed suicide a few days later -- a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest.

Why Brown's aircraft drifted a mile off course while on approach to the airport remains a compelling mystery. The jet slammed into Sveti Ivan (St. John's Hill), a 2,400-foot peak outside of Dubrovnik. Lt. Col. Steve Cogswell is a doctor and deputy medical examiner with the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP) at Dover Air Force Base. Cogswell investigated this air disaster that he and other investigators at the AFIP describe as a "relatively low-impact crash" that left the rear of the plane intact.

In an interview with Christopher Ruddy of thePittsburgh Tribune-Review, Cogswell claimed that Air Force Sgts. Shelley Kelly and Cheryl Turnage, flight attendants who were seated in jumpseats in the rear of the aircraft, were "potential survivors" of the accident. "Depending on who you talked to, Kelly was found near her seat, on the floor of the plane or outside the plane," he said. (7) Some reports state that she had only cuts and bruises, and was able to help herself into the rescue helicopter. Kelly was dead on arrival at a near-by hospital. Her autopsy at Dover Air Force Base revealed she died of a broken neck.

Ron Brown's plane had thermite on it

PK: Well, let me say that the cadavers from the Ron Brown aircraft arrived at Dover AFB, Delaware, and they had traces of the chemical "thermite" on them. This is a chemical in bombs that are used to blow safes and bunker doors.

NR: How do you know this?

PK: That information was passed to me through Joe Jordan of the National Vietnam POW Strike Force, out of Houston, Texas. Joe Joran is a former National Security Agency (NSA) agent. In addition to that, Shelley Kelly , the flight attendant on the aircraft, walked onto the rescue helicopter with minor cuts and bruises. However, upon arrival at the hospital, it was found that she had bled to death on the way. They found a 3 inch incision over the femoral artery. I accept this information as solid, due to its source. Those listeners who know of Mr.Jordan and his organization understand that he has very reliable sources within the government. Perhaps we could conference Mr. Jordan in.

Search Results on Dr. Ihsan Barbouti - Iraqi Arms Dealer

Dr. Ihsan Barbouti may be relevant to the following subjects:

•WMD in Iraq and Libya. Dr. Barbouti was an active arms merchant for Iraq and Libya in the 1980s assisting both with WMD.
•A link between Iraq and the OKC & WTC Bombing. Dr. Barbouti, possibly on behalf of Iraqi intelligence, seems to be connected with Iraqi intelligence agent Youssef who in turn met Terry Nichols in the Philippines for the purpose of training him on explosives. Youssef is directly connected to airline bombing attempts in the Philippines. There is also a connection between Youssef and the first WTC bombing.
I wanted to research Dr. Ihsan Barbouti further. Here are my preliminary results.

US Scientists isolate antibodies effective against 91 of HIV strains
FULL ARTICLE
U.S. Scientists Isolate Antibodies Effective Against 91% of HIV Strains
Published 1, July 9, 2010 Science , Society , Torts 8 Comments

We have an extraordinary breakthrough in the fights against AIDS. U.S. scientists have reported that they have isolated three powerful antibodies for HIV — one of which neutralizes 91% of HIV strains.

This could be the basis for an eventual vaccine for AIDS. The antibodies were discovered in the cells of a 60-year-old African-American gay man, known only as “Donor 45.”

This is wonderful news and the scientists are going to start “blending” antibodies to see if they can knock out all strains.

What is interesting legally in these breakthrough moments is the the source for the antibodies is rarely given significant value for his unique antibodies. This has been an issue that has repeatedly been raised and courts have generally favored hospitals and researchers in blocking demands for compensation. This issue was raised in Moore v. Regents of the University of California, 51 Cal. 3d 120, 271 Cal. Rptr. 146, 793 P.2d 479 (1991). In that case, Moore was treated for hairy cell leukemia at UCLA Medical Center. His doctor, Dr. David W. Golde and others soon realized that Moore’s cells were promising for genetic research. Moore was never told that his cells were being used for research and was never told that blood and tissue samples were being taken specifically for such research. Indeed, he alleged that follow up visits were scheduled primarily to harvest such material.

Golde patented a cell line using Moore’s cells and he and his colleagues made a great deal of money. Moore argued conversion and lost. The court ruled that he had no expectation that such blood and tissue would be returned — even though he would have likely demanded compensation if he knew that he was being harvested for valuable genetic material. The most that the courts were willing to give Moore was a ruling that the hospital violated the duty of disclosure and the requirement of consent. However, damages for such torts are far less than what he would have received under a conversion claim.

Sandoz, Momenta get FDA approval to make generic version of blood thinner Lovenox
July 24, 2010|By Andrew Zajac, Tribune Washington Bureau
Reporting from Washington —

In a closely watched decision, the Food and Drug Administration on Friday approved an application by German drug maker Sandoz and Momenta Pharmaceuticals Inc. of Cambridge, Mass., to make the first generic version of the widely used blood thinner Lovenox.

The approval positions Momenta and Sandoz to offer a cheaper but still lucrative alternative to Lovenox, which had sales of $4.5 billion in 2009, making it the 15th-bestselling drug in the world.

Defendants; Dr. David W. Golde, Regents of the University of CA, Shirley G. Quan, Genetics Institute, Inc. and Sandoz Pharma Co.
II. Facts

. . . The plaintiff is John Moore (Moore), who underwent treatment for hairy-cell leukemia at the Medical Center of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA Medical Center). The five defendants are: (1) Dr. David W. Golde (Golde), a physician who attended Moore at UCLA Medical Center; (2) the Regents of the University of California (Regents), who own and operate the university; (3) Shirley G. Quan, a researcher employed by the Regents; (4) Genetics Institute, Inc. (Genetics Institute); and (5) Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Corporation and related entities (collectively Sandoz).

Moore v. Regents of the University of California

Moore v. Regents of the University of California (51 Cal. 3d 120; 271 Cal. Rptr. 146; 793 P.2d 479) was a Supreme Court of California case settled on July 9, 1990. John Moore underwent treatment for hairy cell leukemia at the Medical Center of the University of California at Los Angeles under the supervision of Dr. David W. Golde. Moore's cancer was later developed into a cell line that was commercialized, and the court ruled that Moore had no right to profits from the commercialization of anything developed from his discarded body parts.

Abstract
An HeLa-LAV cell line was established by infecting and subcloning previously described CD4-expressing HeLa cells with HIV-1. Cells of this line stably synthesize all major HIV proteins, release infectious particles of HIV-1, but do not die even after long term culture. More than 90% of the cells express the envelope protein gp120 on the surface. The cells can be easily and efficiently labeled with 51chromium, and exhibit a low spontaneous release. Because they are susceptible to killing by allogeneic cytotoxic T cells (CTL) when targeted to gp120, they ought to be a useful source of target cells in any kind of HIV-specific killing assays. The cells may also help studies on HIV replication in non-lymphatic/non-monocytic cells. The HeLa-LAV cell line will be freely available from the AIDS Research and Reference Reagent Program.

Keywords: HeLa-LAV cell; HeLaT4+ cell; HIV-1 infection; 51Chromium release assay

U.S. Wages Germ Warfare in Korea
Statement of Prisoner of War,
Colonel Frank H. Schwable
-------------------------------
Hsinhua photo

Colonel Frank H. Schwable, 04429, former Chief of Staff of the
United States First Marine Aircraft Wing, broadcasting in North
Korea in February, 1953, the full details of the
strategic plan and bacteriological warfare operations of American
aircraft in Korea

The [North Korean] Hsinhua Agency has made public the
following full text of the signed deposition made by Colonel Frank H.
Schwable, Chief of staff of the U.S. First Marine Aircraft Wing, disclosing
the strategic plan and aims of the American Command in waging germ
warfare in Korea.

I am Colonel Frank H. Schwable, 04429, and was
Chief of Staff of the First Marine Aircraft Wing until
shot down and captured on July 8, 1952.
My service with the Marine Corps began in 1929
and I was designated an aviator in 1931, seeing duty in
many parts of the world. Just before I came to Korea,
I completed a tour of duty in the Division of Aviation
at Marine Corps Headquarters.

DIRECTIVE OF THE JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF

I arrived in Korea on April 10, 1952, to take over
my duties as Chief of Staff of the First Marine Air-
craft Wing. All my instructions and decisions were
subject to confirmation by the Assistant Commanding
General, Lamson-Scribner. Just before I assumed full
responsibility for the duties of Chief of Staff, General
Lamson-Scribner called me into his office to talk over
various problems of the Wing. During this conversa-
tion he said: "Has Binney given you all the background
on the special missions run by VMF-513?" I asked
him if he meant "suprop" (our code name for bac-
teriological bombs) and he confirmed this. I told him
I had been given all the background by Colonel
Binney.

Colonel Arthur A. Binney, the officer I relieved as
Chief of Staff, had given me, as his duties required
that he should, an outline of the general plan of bac-
teriological warfare in Korea and the details of the
part played up to that time by the First Marine Air-
craft Wing.
The general plan for bacteriological warfare in
Korea was directed by the United States Joint Chiefs
of Staff in October, 1951. In that month the Joint
Chiefs of Staff sent a directive by hand to the Com-
manding General, Far East Command (at that time
General Ridgway), directing the initiation of bac-
teriological warfare in Korea on an initially small,
experimental stage but in expanding proportions.
This directive was passed to the Commanding Gen-
eral, Far East Air Force, General Weyland, in Tokyo.
General Weyland then called into personal conference
General Everest, Commanding General of the Fifth
Air Force in Korea, and also the Commander of the
Nineteenth Bomb Wing at Okinawa, which unit
operates directly under FEAF.
The plan that I shall now outline was gone over, the
broad aspects of the problem were agreed upon and
the following information was brought back to Korea
by General Everest, personally and verbally, since for
security purposes it was decided not to have anything
in writing on this matter in Korea and subject to pos-
sible capture.

OBJECTIVES

The basic objective was at that time to test, under
field conditions, the various elements of bacteriological
warfare, and to possibly expand the field tests, at a
later date, into an element of the regular combat
operations, depending on the results obtained and the
situation in Korea.
The effectiveness of the different diseases available
was to be tested, especially for their spreading or
epidemic qualities under various circumstances, and
to test whether each disease caused a serious disrup-
tion to enemy operations arid civilian routine or just
minor inconveniences, or was contained completely,
causing no difficulties.
Various types of armament or containers were to
be tried out under field conditions and various types
of aircraft were to be used to test their suitability as
bacteriological bomb vehicles.
Terrain types to be tested included high areas,
seacoast areas, open spaces, areas enclosed by moun-
tains, isolated areas, areas relatively adjacent to one
another, large and small towns and cities, congested

it's and those relatively spread out. These tests were
to be extended over an unstated period of time but
sufficient to cover all extremes of temperature found
in Korea.
All possible methods of delivery were to be tested
as well as tactics developed to include initially night
attack and then expanding into day attack by special-
ized Squadrons Various types of bombing were to be
tried out, and various combinations of bombing, from
single planes up to and including formations of planes,
were to be tried out, with bacteriological bombs used
in conjunction with conventional bombs. Enemy reac-
tions were particularly to be tested or - observed by
any means available to ascertain what his counter-
measures would be, what propaganda steps he would
take, and to what extent his military operations would
be affected by this type of warfare.
Security measures were to be thoroughly tested-
both friendly and enemy. On the friendly ride, all pos-
sible steps were to be taken to confine knowledge of
the use of this weapon and to control information on
the subject. On the enemy side, every possible means
was to be used to deceive the enemy and prevent his
actual proof that the weapon was being used.
Finally, if the situation warranted, while continuing
the experimental phase of bacteriological warfare
according to the Joint Chiefs of Staff directive, it might
be expanded to become a part of the military or tac-
tical effort in Korea.

INITIAL STAGE

The B-29s from Okinawa began using bacteriolog-
ical bombs in November, 1951, covering targets
all over North Korea in what might be called
random bombing. One night the target might be in
Northeast Korea and the next night in Northwest
Korea. Their bacteriological bomb operations were
conducted in combination with normal night armed
reconnaissance as a measure of economy and security.
Early in January 1952, General Schilt, then Com-
manding General of the First Marine Aircraft Wing,
was called to Fifth Air Force Headquarters in Seoul,
where General Everest told him of the directive issued
by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and ordered him to have
VMF-513-Marine Night Fighter Squadron 513
of Marine Aircraft Group 33 of the First Marine Air-
craft Wing-participate in the bacteriological war-
fare program. VMF-513 was based on K8, the Air
Force base at Kunsan of the Third Bomb Wing, whose
B-26s had already begun bacteriological operations.
VMF-513 was to be serviced by the Third Bomb Wing.
While all marine aircraft (combat types) shore based
in Korea operate directly under the Fifth Air Force,
with the First Marine Aircraft Wing being kept in-
formed of their activities, when a new or continuing
program is being initiated, the Fifth Air Force normally
has initially informed the Wing as a matter of cour-
tesy.
Towards the end of January 1952, Marine night
fighters of Squadron 513, operating as single
planes on night armed reconnaissance, and carrying
bacteriological bombs, shared targets with the B-26s
covering the lower half of North Korea with the
greatest emphasis on the western portion. Squadron
513 coordinated with the Third Bomb Wing on all
these missions, using F7F aircraft (Tiger Cats) because
of their twin engine safety.
K8 (Kunsan) offered the advantage of take-off
directly over the water, in the event of engine failure,
and both the safety and security of over-water flights
to enemy territory.
For security reasons, no information on the types
of bacteria being used was given to the First Marine
Aircraft Wing.
In March 1952, General Schilt was again called to
Fifth Air Force Headquarters and verbally directed by
General Everest to prepare Marine Photographic
Squadron I (VMJ-1 Squadron) of Marine Aircraft
Group 33, to enter the program. VMJ-1 based on K3,
Marine Aircraft Group 33's base at Pohang, Korea,
was to use F2H-2P photographic reconnaissance
aircraft (Banshees).
The missions would be intermittent and combined
with normal photographic missions and would be
scheduled by the Fifth Air Force in separate, top-secret
orders.
The Banshees were brought into the program because
of their specialized operations, equipment, facilities
and isolated area of operations at K3. They could
penetrate further into North Korea as far as enemy
counteraction is concerned and worked in two-plane
sections involving a minimum of crews and disturb-
ance of normal missions. They could also try out
bombing from high altitudes in horizontal flight in
conjunction with photographic runs.
During March 1952, the Banshees of Marine Photo-
graphic Squadron 1 commenced bacteriological opera-
tions, continuing and expanding the bacteriological
bombing of North Korean towns, always combining
these operations with normal photographic missions.
Only a minimum of bomb supplies were kept on hand
to reduce storage problems, and the Fifth Air Force
sent a team of two officers and several men to Y\3
(Pohang) to instruct the marine specialists in handling
the bombs.
The Navy's part in the program was with the F9Fs
(Panthers), ADs (Skyraiders) and standard F2Hs
(Banshees), which as distinct from the photographi--
configuration, used carriers off the east coast of Korea.
The Air Force had also expanded its own operations
to include squadrons of different type aircraft, with
different methods and tactics of employing bacterio-
logical warfare.
This was the situation up to my arrival in Korea.
Subsequent thereto, the following main events took
place.

Stephen Friedman
EXCERPT:
On May 7, 2009 Friedman resigned as Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in response to criticism of his December 2008 purchase of $3 million of stock in Goldman Sachs.[2] Friedman, who remains a member of Goldman Sachs' board, came into violation of Federal Reserve policy when Goldman was converted to a bank holding company in September 2008, thereby placing it under the regulatory authority of the New York Fed. Friedman requested a waiver from this violation when the conversion occurred, which was granted roughly two and a half months later.[3] In his resignation letter, Friedman stated that the Fed did not need the "distraction" caused by his "public service motivated continuation on the Reserve Bank Board...being characterized as improper."

Friedman's brother is Richard Friedman, a law professor at the University of Michigan and a leading expert in the Confrontation Clause of the United States Constitution.[citation needed]

Friedman's son is screenwriter David Benioff, who is married to actress Amanda Peet.[citation needed]

Hologix Inc., a provider of electronic-commerce software, this week will roll out Attricom, an online order-management application designed to boost online sales for companies in industries such as steel, chemicals, and textiles that don't use standard Stock-Keeping Unit numbers or Universal Product Codes.

The company's goal is to provide online catalog functionality for companies that make "attribute-based" products, in which customers order items based on properties such as the composition of steel. "We believe that the bulk of business-to-business commerce is attribute-based," says Hologix CEO Paul Rajski. "And more and more companies want to do it on the Internet."

Rajski says business-to-business online markets, such as MetalSite, E-Steel, PaperExchange and Chemdex, have raised E-commerce awareness in Hologix's target industries.

Attricom, a Java application that runs on Windows NT or Sun Solaris servers, works with Oracle or IBM DB2 databases and can be used with any browser that supports Java. The application is made up of four modules. Product Composition is used to specify attributes, such as dimensions, materials composition, and delivery dates. Order Management captures orders, processes them, and reports on their status. Customer Direct is the interface customers use to enter orders over the Internet or an extranet. Integration Framework lets Attricom send and receive Extensible Markup Language data from existing enterprise applications.

Algoma Steel Inc. in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, has installed the Product Composition module and plans to roll out Order Management next year. The steelmaker's goal is to automate a labor-intensive process involving paper manuals, 25-year-old manufacturing applications, and knowledge in the heads of the company's specification analysts.

"We'll be able to engineer the product once and after that just pull the attribute information from a knowledge database, so the person ordering just needs to specify quantity and dimensions," says Charlie Whitfield, Algoma's manager of IS and manufacturing technology. "As long as it's something we've built before, it will flow right into the system. We expect much more rapid response in filling orders and a lot fewer errors."
